ooooohhh...bad for you guys
For Christmas me and my sister both recieved 30GB iPod videos, mine, I knew I'd get it so I downloaded iTunes ahead of time to get my music on it faster. She decided to do it too, thing was it wouldn't start. She waitied til she got the disc and tried that. Still wouldn't work, she kept constantly calling apple for days trying to get info as to how to fix it, they couldn't help either. I got it working on her computer once, but me being my age(13) nobody ever trusts me online. But if you'd care to try and post your results....
1.go to run in the start menu
2.type msconfig, hit enter
3. click on startup tab
4.check off all of those and start up your computer and try it out
4...and a 1/2?Or uncheck itunes helper and see if it works like that, if not just use step 4
5. keep checking items off the list slowly to find what the problem is.
Hope it works!
