Hi. I am trying to get started in psp development. My current development pipeline consists of blender and eclipse with a win32 compiled toolchain everything is as up to date as can be at the moment. I have compiled and ran 3 programs on my psp so far(all from the sdk examples)2 of them were successfully externally debugged on the psp using psp link and usbhostfs/pspsh. I also have 3ds max 9 and virtools installed and would like to use output from 3ds but i can settle for importing into blender because it can be done.
Ok, here is the question. with my current environment(i assume i have what is required)
how do I export 3d data from blender(or max :) and use it to make a playable demo? I have a skinned mesh that resembles president obama that I have made in 3ds max. I would simply like to have the model display like the cube example (rotate on screen) to get a feel for how code assembly works. I have some sort of script to export into usable psp format but I have no clue how to make use of it. A tutorial of some sort would be much appreiciated or some sort of file I can install to convert .3ds (or whatever) into like a c file that can be compiled into an eboot/prx for debugging. I have very little c experience(I can write hello world and have basic understanding of high level language, but thats about it.) Any help would be much appreiciated because untill finding this site, I feel as though I have been going at it all alone.
