This is strange. R2455 works on OS X 10.6.3 for me. Try an older version from my sourceforge page here:
Browse Premade PSPSDK for OS X Files on SourceForge.net
I can not compile the SDK in 10.6+. There is a bug in MPFR from Macports. I will create a new installer with the new XCode in OS X 10.6.3 and upload it to the sourceforge page above. Maybe this will fix you problem. It might be a few day, as I have to work for the next few days.

thanks, I'm currently trying to manually compile the pspsdk and psptoolchain downloaded from ps2dev.org
I already have the latest xCode, but didn't know there's a Mac OS X 10.6.3, I'm still on 10.6.2 =P
I'll update ASAP.
I tried running some old versions of the premade SDK, but I still get installation failed at the end![]()

Bump!, now I'm really desperate, I just reinstalled Snow Leopard (and had to format my HDD), but it still doesn't work!! It fails at "Running Package Scripts", this is what I did the first time I logged in:
1- Downloaded latest xCode.
2- Installed it.
3- Downloaded PSPSDK Rev 2455.
4- Tried to install it but failed.
PLEASE HELP
EDIT:
I realized that I could just install Windows 7 Ultimate instead of staying stuck with that old b*tch of Snow Leopard, anyway NVM I got myself a nice Windows with a nice PSPToolChain.
