Is there a way to make a PSP ISO from the data files inside a PSX EBOOT?

If so, how? (By extracting data from the PSX EBOOT and copying the resulting files to the PSP EBOOT structure (/PSP_GAME/*.*; /PSP_GAME/SYSDIR/*.*; /PSP_GAME/USRDIR/*.*)

You can't convert a PSX Eboot to a PSP ISO. However, you can convert a PSX Eboot into a PSX ISO simply.
