Recommend my cousin a decent LCD HDTV( 400-500 budget)
I was looking at the second one recently, but I decided to save up for a 1080p. It's hard to choose because some of them are very similar.
Dell 1080p monitor Its only 24" but its 1080p(1200p to be exact) and has a lot of nice features like PBP(picture by picture), PIP(picture in picture, 9in2 media card reader, 4 usb ports, 5 inputs(DVI-D, VGA, S-video, Component, Composite),and a nice height adjustable stand. I know Dell has it for $669.99 but you can get it for around $500 on ebay with the 3 year warrenty.
The only thing is it doesn't have a built in HD tuner, it's contrast ratio is 1000:1 and I'm not sure what the aspect ratio is...

Monitor?, nah he wants a TV is for his room and he actually has CABLE that gives free HD channels.
He also doesn't intent to pay close to 700 dollars for a TV, he isn't like some guy deep into TV lingo and cares about all the ins and outs, he just wants HD TV.
