Well, I'm looking for something for my PS2 that will let me play games from a HD. I have a fat PS2 and I was wondering what would I need to get it all started up? I wanna patch my Pro Evolution Soccer 6 so I can get all of the kit updates and so I don't have to buy games. Thanks.
Well that would be a job for HDAdvance 3.0! Trust me it's brilliant!
Use the independence exploit. Much better.
Yea if you get the HDLoader .elf file onto your memory card and run it through the Independence Exploit it'll work the same way, although you'll need to get a HDD and a PS2 etwork Adapter to connect the PS2 to the HDD :)
Yes I've had a good experience with the independence exploit
2. USB stick
3. Memory Stick
4. PS1 Game
And you got yourself a soft modded PS2
Here is a good tutorial site on setting up the Independence exploit and other things
really awesome. Pictures and everything.
Last time I used the Independence Exploit was about... 1.5 years ago, compiling the PS2 Exploit Save was a *****
Posting an ISO program
But there were discussions in the PS3 forum about running .elf files and HDAdvance/USBExtreme using Swap Magic... so technically that wouldn't be allowed
And Anubis, you just linked to a site which hosts the HDLoader .elf program (ISO Loader if you will)
We will not help you pirate games here.
