Shenmue Campaign (All Shenmue Fans Read) -

For many years the news regarding Shenmue and its creator, Yu Suzuki, have been hazy at best.
Shenmue III is SEGAs most fan requested game. Obviously, asking SEGA nicely to make it hasn't worked out. We now have to demand it. Although we condemn threats, we do suggest that some mild harassment is in order. Our main plan is to make a billboard and posters that will be visible around Tokyo before, during and after Tokyo Game Show 09. Posters will be on the streets outside SEGAs main office and a billboard outside TGS center. The goal is for SEGA to take notice, something they obviously haven't done.

Mainly we need your help through donations and buying merchandise. Every single penny donated will go to the goal, for ever merchandise bought, 1- 2 dollars will go to the campaign - We are selling these almost at production price, and feel fre to donate over paypal.

Over at www.xbox.com (the official xbox site) they are currently asking the community to suggest Xbox Live Originals games for download. Shenmue is currently the most requested. Declare that we want shenmue.
You can also add "We Want Shenmue III" on you gamer card motto!

Send us letters.
We will print all the letters and pictures and send the same letters every single month, the same date for a year, to SEGA.
Just send us an email, and we will do the rest. To no cost of the Campaign. All out of personal funds.

The time is right to actually push this through. Please, if there is one time we could really force this through and work together. It is now. We don't want Shenmue, WE DEMAND IT!

To Celebrate the 9th Anniversary of Shenmue's release in Japan, I am currently setting up a mass mailing to Sega of Japan. The main idea is that all of us that can will be sending in as many Toy Capsules as we can (like the ones you buy in the game).
This style of mass mailing was used by fans of the Tv show Jericho. They sent bags of peanuts to the network and succeeded in getting their show put back on the air!

Now being that many of us will be mailing over seas the Toy packs can get a little pricey, a pack of 1lb of capsules from California is about $20. So if all you can send is a letter, that will be good also. For those who do not want to be bothered with doing the mailing yourself, I have set up a Paypal donation button on the main page, and I will personally take care of the mailing. It will be your choice if you want empty capsules with "shenmue" notes in them, or ones with actual toys. You can decide how many capsules too, if you want to send 3 little ones you bought real quick from the capsule machines at walmart.

The actual dates we would like to start the mailing is Nov. 27th (Dreamcast's anniversary) and end on Dec. 29th (Shenmue's 9th anniversary). Please include a letter asking for the continuation of the Shenmue series with your toy capsules, and poster printed from the Shenmue Poster Project.Also, please take pictures of the packages you are sending and email them to ** Gobble Gobble! BANG! Aaak! **
