My brother knows i use #xbins and these alot and we had a sibling fight yesterday!!!

The little **** tried to get me banned on loads of stuff like here and other forums by flaming everyone (but thankfully i caught him). But now when i try to access #xbins on irc it works fine, then when i try and download a file through FTP (xbins) it says i'm banned and i know it was him that did it.

Is there no way i can get unbanned or does anybody know the waiting period

if you have dsl try restarting your modem and changing the username on mirc so you get a different password.

Hmmmm might try as that will change the IP won't it??? I have tried using MY desktop, my laptop and my DAD's desktop all of which go through the router so resetting my modem may work

I have tried logging in twice now and have just read that i only have to wait 24hrs
!!!phew!!! but if i try again i will have to wait 2 weeks, i will wait 24hrs and then try your method, cheers!

Tthats what it does change the IP, since your still using the same ip on all the pc's in your network your ip banned.
