I am getting an Ipod Nano for Christmas and want to put IPOD linux on it. I know there is DOOM, but does anyone know any other games that there are for IPOD Linux?

you can, it just isnt fully supported. Just go to the ipodlinux page. I actually thought that the mini was supported. For the nano, you have to use a special installer. Try checking out the ipod linux page and see what it says about the mini. There is a 4G installer for any 4th generation ipods.

all ipods work, but some dont work with certain games, but all ipods can run it, but mini to video are unsupported

its not that.....

its that im saving up for new frames for my speed skates, and theyll be about $250, but now im tempted to blow it on a nano.

The help i want is someone to talk me out of getting an ipod.

Ipod nano's suck! they are too small, and they snap in half to easy, its not worth it.

Agreed. The screen is only barely large enough to read the song title. There is no way in hell you will enjoy running linux and playing games / watching movies on a screen barely larger than your thumbnail. However if you wanted to run linux on the iPod video then I would say go for it
