Is it worth it?
Is it worth it?
maybe.... the gp2x lkooks interesting... lets wait for a cps2 emulator first... and a fullspeed neogeo cd
they now have a relly slow win95 on the gp2x tho :)
It can't be any slower than on the psp...Quote:

I dont think I want this.. but I will guess. I would think you can store the movies onto the device and use a app to load them up. Not sure how the memory is held on here.
Aside from a PS1 device.. this thing doesnt do what my others combind cant.
Granted.. maybe im being too critical.
Well if you're a coder this would be a pretty cool gagdet to have, access to everything on it, except that it doesn't have WiFi and that is where IMO the most 'exciting' apps would be, you could write IM clients, email clients, web browsers for it, networked games. Also, this uses SD cards which are much cheaper than stupid PRO DUOs... Another cool feature is that it has a TV out built in. Also it uses AA batteries, for some people this is a good thing, for others its better for them to have rechargeable built in. http://info.alllinuxcd.com/ How much are these? I'm starting to get interested...
If it wasnt AA batteries.. id be more interested.
Sorry.. still like my Zodiac 2 more. (Discontinued.. however its left in the hands of homebrew devs, which we dont mind) 3d ATI chip in there, Wifi able, Bluetooth built in, networked gaming, internet apps, VNC (!) woot. Also internal battery, stereo sound. Erm.. enough to live off of.
Just like hooking my Zodiac to my Ngage or 3650 via BT and getting online anywhere.
you want an internal battery????? what for, aas are sooooooo much better I would give alot to have 3 aa s instead of my psp batt
Just buy a set of rechargeable AAs and a charger, they're really cheap and come in very high capacities. It's nice to also have the option to use standard AA batteries for when you're on trips etc. so personally I think it's better that it has AA batteries.Quote:

i personally dont think its worth it, just use ur psp for emulation and homebrew, and what u cant run on ur psp just use a PC
