PSO: Ep. 1 and 2

Wow, so i just found out that there is one of these for xbox, i have the gamecube one and still play it sometimes- and so i was thinking of getting it, what with xbox live and all rather then having to get all of the stuff for gamecube. But then, i saw- You have to pay 9$ a month, in addition to an xbox live subscription to play online. WTF is up with that?!?!

This is a great game that i'd love to go online with, but i don't want to pay those dang fees.


Does anyone know, are there any other online rpg's for xbox out there?

okay this is the last post i'm gonna make for a while...i just had to respond to this thread.


i don't of anyother online rpgs for xbox but i have Pso ep 1 and 2 and it's totally worth paying 9$ a month.

There aren't many single player RPGs for Xbox let alone any that have online play. The few that were scheduled, like True Fantasy Online and Shin Megami Tensei were either cancelled or had development moved to other platforms.

I don't want to get the xbox version though because i've worked so hard to get what i have in the GC version. I have a level 18 android ranger and a level 26 Android Hunter.

thats nothing dude 26 is a low level i have a level 66 Humar,Level 89 hucast, and another level 70 humar on pso 1&2 for Gamecube and it was all done offline.
and i really don't mind starting over because it will be a new experience

Yeh, but those guys are that level becasue i had an old account and started over. The lv 26 has a mag from a level 73. :mrgreen:

I played for more than 350 hours on both gamecube and xbox, the xbox version is much better exept for the voice delay, and the HUGE problem of duping, but still my favorite xbox game to play! (the servers wont be up much longer because PSU is coming this year play it will you can!!!)

omg i cna't wait for psu to come out but i'm not going to like it being on the ps2 cause 1. i don't have one that works and your going to prolly have to pay for the online play (stupid hunters liscense)

They are shutting down the servers!!! Well I quit playing online a couple years ago on the Game Cube version, but still I was thinking about going back online

Well anyway I liked playing PSO on the Gamecube I am probly going to get the PSOUniverse on PS2 or PC version would get the Xbox360 version, but dont have a 360.

and i just checked my play time and i have a combined total of 453 hours and 32 minuites logged on PSO 1&2 offline for gc

trust me they won't shut down the pso ep 1 and 2 servers (it would piss to many pep's off :mrgreen: ) i mean look at pso for dreamcast they didn't shutdown the servers until september 2003 ,3 years after the dreamcast died. the gc and x servers will be up for a long time.

My mag is level 200. It came from a lv. 73 though.

Oh and PSU is coming to Xbox 360 for all of you guys who haven't heard yt.

Hrmm, you guys seem to have spent a lot of time training characters, but i have a level 200 special mag, mostly for atk, and a level 127 character with only 300 or so hours (all offline mode, BTW) human warriors kick a lot of butt in the game with God Hands as a weapon, but i would like to go online and get myself a Black King bar (double sabre with 800 atp)

Oh, I'm on lvl 146 now on PSO BB, which is the same as the xbox version

I think they stopped it now, haven't played for a while, if I can get enough people from QJ to play PSO Blue Burst on the free private server (there is only one, so its like the real thing) I'll go back to playing.
