ok well i loved vista at first but now it's slowly driffting away to where i don't really like it.
so i have a few questions about linux.
1.how hard would it be to partition my harddrive? but i'm probably not gonna dual boot just full linux nothing else.
2.i want to use the newest ubuntu on it. is that a good choice?anything better?
3.how would i get all of my drivers on to linux? cause on the compaq website my computer only has drivers for vista home premium and ultimate.
4.will my psp work on it?
5.will photoshop work on it or will i have to use gimp? i'm fine with either just wondering.
6.will the ubuntu install disc completly format my harddrive and the install ubuntu or will i have a bunch of windows crap.
7.what about itunes?aim?
8.and this is my biggest concern. psptoolchain. how will i get it to work will i just download it and install it with out using cygwin or what?
thanks in advanced. i plan on making my desiccion today cause i've been on the fence since i got the computer. if you need to know i have a compaq presario v6000. 1 gb ram nvidia graphics card amd turion 64 (single proccessor not the dual processor)
