Default User Account issues on XP.

I'm having a few problems with user accounts on XP Pro SP2.

I have made two accounts. The main account is called "DeMoN" and the other is called "MediaPortal" both have admin rights. The "MediaPortal" account can't access C:\Documents and Settings\DeMoN I get an access denied error. How do I get access to this?

The other problem is that Shortcuts on both accounts seem to shared so if I delete a shortcut on one account I loose the shortcut on the other, How do I stop this?

Any help to these above problems would be nice.

Because the "DeMoN" account will be controlled by Keyboard and Mouse and will be using the monitor display and the "MediaPortal" account will be controlled by the PSP over Wi-Fi and will be using the TV display.

When you made the demon account, did you set the folders to private?

I made it a while ago, I can't really remember. Is there a way I can find out?
