Spoiler for My PC:

Forgot the HDD in the picture. It was OEM, so don't trip about the packaging (or lack thereof).

The bold items are going to identical to my rig, only im going to try to hit 4.0 ghz (tho initially im going to just do 3.6 since OC it appearently just needs an increase in FSB to 400mhz).

I'm ordering the rest of my rig today, but im getting a cheap ATI Radeon 3450 for 2 weeks until the new cards come out(to get one or watch the current ones get cheap),or at least thats my current line of thought atm. Tho NewEgg does have a deal on an ASUS ATI 3870x2 for $289 after rebate, not sure if ill have the money for that today tho or not,so im probably sticking with the $35 3450 to get my rig setup for another 2 weeks when I get paid again. You don't have the extra 120mm side fan on yours. :P There is 3 x 120mm as standard in the case.

If you must get a cheap card don't get that 3450 it is dire!

You can pick up a second had 7800/7900 for similar cash on the bay for buttons now.

mine dosent have the 4th fan,but I do have 2 80mm fans laying around I might rig to my side panel

I just paid for my parts anyway,I might end up using the 3450 for a tri-monitor setup in the future (I have 2 19 inch monitors, might stick a 20 inch widesreen in the middle, since the WS 20 inch is probably close to the height of a normal 19 inch)

Actually, I just noticed that I put "2GB" for my RAM, when it's actually 4... For some reason, QJ wont let me edit it.

3DMark06 Score: 17799 - [proof]

Yeah, I hit 3.6 ghz. It's really unstable though, it fails a Prime95 Test (small FFT's) in a few seconds. It's rock solid at 3.2 ghz though. If I overclock my graphics cards, I'll hopefully break 18k.

Maybe it's the voltage? What did you have it at while the cpu was at 3.6ghz?

I had it up all of the way to 1.48125 volts. I don't like that high of a voltage though, because my temperatures got to 73C under load, which isn't very good for the processor. It doesn't really matter that it's unstable though, because it runs 3Dmark just fine. I'll probably get a Thermalright 120 and lap it (and possibly my processor). Some people reported 10C drops with that. Then I could easily hit 3.6.

Don't get it! It's an ok case, but cable management is hell in that case, airflow isn't too good either, and it's a bit small...as soon as I buy the other things on my list, this thing is going bye bye.

ok, thanks for telling me that. I wouldn't want to get stuck with a case that I didn't like.

I'm thinking about getting one of the thermaltake armor + cases or an Ultra black aluminus case. I really like the silverstone tj10 case, but it's really expensive.

I have the Antec P182 and I love it. It is very solidly built, and can hold a ton of components. It also has plenty of space for massive graphics cards and heatsinks, and there is more than enough room to water cool if that's what you're into.

The only thing that I have a against it is that it's probably the heaviest case that I've ever seen. Empty, it's as heavy as my my old computer with all of the components installed.
