Default Underclock and internet problem on laptop

Okay my laptop was working fine until I got this program called NHC (Notebook Control Hardware) I underclocked my laptop to save battery and lifespan.

Now the problem, when it is underclocked to 800 mhz the internet is perfect, when I put it back to 1.79 ghz then all of a sudden the wireless connection slows down to 36 mps then eventually disconnects.

I uninstalled the program, but when I plug my notebook in to the charger it goes to 1.79 GHZ and it turns off again (it may not be the program since it happens without it installed)

Pleas Help

I'm using this program on my main laptop to prevent the ****ty integrated ATI chipset from overheating (Gogo gadget bluescreen).

I'm not sure what you mean by this. ^ Could you try putting it in other words?

Windows has its own processor speed changer, it changes so if it is running on the battery then it will lower the cpu speed to save power, when you connect it it will run at maximum speed.

My problem is when it runs at maximum speed my internet goes out and it wont even detect my network unless I bring it back down to 800 mhz

Have you tried reinstalling the drivers for your network adapter?

try what Urza said, if that doesnt work, try turning of the network adapter before you plug in the laptop, then turn it back on after plugging it in, and see if that makes a difference.
