Whatever software you would normally use to edit videos. The fact that you are uploading them to YouTube doesn't change anything (except maybe using lower quality export settings).

Camtasia Studio 4 might just be a little to advance for youtube video. I say you take a look at windows movie maker.

Flash CS3.
With some work-arounds you can create an VERY advanced video.
Not for youtube I guess tho

Too complicated etc.
