help me with .bat file...

guys. i need help, can someone help me code a bat file for this process:-

i got 1000 file named 0001.jpg to 1000.jpg (fixed name, it probably from 0001.jpg to 2000.jpg) which located in one folder.

i want to rename all the files with other name which i already defined for example

0001. jpg rename to aaaa.jpg
0002.jpg rename to shdgjfk.jpg

i already save the all the name in txt file it mean i got 1000 line for each individual 0001.jgp to 1000.jpg
aaaa
shdgjfk
xxxc
dklkflfk
eiuror
....
....
....
....

can someone make a bat file for me-_-...
