Post Your favourite download manager/accelerator?

Well I use IDM (Internet download manager) but am starting to get annoyed, it keeps trying to download things like sounds on pages, videos on viral sites and the like. Very annoying, however I get 800kb+ downloading prem from rapidshare on my 5meg line. So I was wondering if anyone else wants to say their two cents about download managers? What is the fastest?

Oh, I like clipboard monitoring (not in idm) and being able to highlight links and right click download. Also downloading a certain number of files simultaneously.

So, what one is the best? oh and with some programs like orbit downloader, flashget it doesnt downlaod from rapidshare even though I have prem so if you have prem and are recommending software please tell me how you got it to work on rapidshare (if you can).

Thanks, and discuss

And I've replaced the Firefox download window with Download Statusbar for normal downloads.
