Default Port Forwarding problem

I'm having a problem forwarding my utorrent port. I created a port forward with the port number, my static IP and enabled it, but when I go to test it is says it fails every time. The thing is, on the test it says testing ip: 68.43.XXX.XXX yet my Static IP is 192.168.xx.xxx. I have no idea what's wrong.

If it helps I followed these guides:
http://www.portforward.com/english/r...G/Utorrent.htm
http://www.portforward.com/networking/static-xp.htm

If someone could please help me I'd appreciate it.

68.43.XXX.XXX is your address on the internet
192.168.xx.xxx is your address on your network
does that help

Do you have a router? If so, is it a Netgear?

68 = WAN (Wide-Area-Network)
192 = LAN (Local-Area-Network)

So is there a specific reason why it's not working you think?
