I just bought a digital only tv tuner and the cable tv I have is analog so I cant get cable tv thru the tv tuner only local channels in HD. Was wondering if there is any box or something I can use to convert the analog signal to digital so I can watch cable tv thru my tv tuner.

You would need to buy a DVB-C tuner to get cable digital.

If you want cable analog then any old analog tuner will do, You can not convert your digital tuner into an analog one.
