Default Alternative to Media Explorer. Transcoding.

Hiyas, peoples. I've just gotten a hold of a Zen Vision M 30gb and as we all know, there is MUCH better software out there than the one Creative hands you. Specifically, I'm looking for something where I can just drag n' drop onto my Zen Vision M and it will automatically transcode the files for me to a container format of my choice. The thing is I'm not very fond of 'Syncing'. It's a bit too much of hassle since my music collection cannot entirely fit on a tiny 30GB(Yeah, I have that much). So, does anyone know of any programs where I can just drag n' drop. Here's some stuff I've tried but doesn't necessarily give what I want:

*WinAmp(Surprisingly, enough :0)
*MediaMonkey
*Creative Media Explorer
*Windows Media Player(PFFT . . . RLY)
*MusicMatch

If you can name a plugin for WinAmp or something else, then that's okay also. Whatever helps me to expand my options.

When I had a Zen Touch I used Nomad Explorer.

Also, foobar makes Winamp look like bloatware trash.

But foobar doesn't connect to portable devices. Or does it? I'll be back.

It doesn't. That why I used Nomad Explorer.
