ok whenever im on the computer and someone in my family uses the phone i always lagout of either Wow or the internets just stops working. i have
u.s. robotics wireless router



anyone no y this happens or how to fix it

I've had problems like that before. It was the phone I think. Did you just get new phones? That might be the case if you did..my phone interfered with it somehow.

Go to run, type in CMB, then type ipconfig /all. After that, go to your default gateway and type in that number on your browser. You are now logged into your router. It should be under wireless settings, but I can't give specific directions as I haven't heard of your router before.

Stop using phones in the 2.4GHz band, Or just change the channel on your wireless router.

192.168.1.1 is a default on some routers too.

havent dealt with USR routers but try username: (blank) pass: admin.

try username: admin and password: password


and if that doesnt work your router directions should tell you what the default username and pass

It will tell you your default password and username at portforward.com, did you check there?

It's not your router, it's your modem.
The microfilters on the line are probably bust.
