Try Safe mode.

Just keep pressing F8 until a screen comes up with a bunch of different options. If that doesnt come up, i think your screwed. You could find whats wrong and replace it...or get another computer.

I doubt that'll work, but I'll try.
EDIT: No good. The monitor rarely even gets a signal...
