anyone else here use pidgin. It is by far the best Im client i have ever used. Lots of cool plug ins and it looks great. If you don't use it what do you use?

I've used Pidgin before, but honestly, I think Gaim was much better (They were forced to change names because it was too similar to "Aim"). But now, I use meebo. It's all web-based, keeps logs, transfers files... No clutter and such.

Yep I use gaim,it nice and all since I really dont that much im with anybody...All the extra stuff aim yahoo msn clients throw at you and make it take up 45mb total is kinda useless...

I checked meebo out and it's really not bad. Im not getting rid of pidgin but ill keep it im mind when im not at home.

I use Miranda. It's very customizable as you can include which modules you want and what to leave out so its light weight too. However, the sheer amount of options availible is what puts most people off.

Another thing I love about Miranda is it supports img tags, so if you want to show an image to someone just put [img][ /img] around it. If they are using miranda, it will show the image in the conversation window.

i love gaim/pidgin. meebo is ok when im at the office...but i use pidgin at home. i dont like that u cant use the options that the other clients can use. like if someone from msn sends an inviation to use whiteboard i dont know whatsup, and if an aim person wants to use webcam i cant do it.

pope how do you skin utorrent? i ran %AppData%\uTorrent but there are no skins to over wright.
