Well I got a new modem and rapidshare.com isn't loading?

Is this the modem that was causing you problems with WoW? If so, I suggest you buy another modem. If not... have you got all the drivers installed correctly? Is you firewall blacklisting the site?

I sorted the problem with wow by leaving the modem on all the time, and my firewall is set like this:

My zone alarm firewall isn't the problem lol and are there any major consequences if I disable all of the above.

Edit: uTorrent isn't working either.
