Default Why don't any of my IM apps work?

I have aim and msn messenger. And none of them seem to sign in.
I know the password is right and everything on both of them. But I don't know what 's going on. Both of them start up, but both of them don't log in.

You think my firewall is blocking there connection?

If anyone can help me out, I'd really like that.

I have kaspersky internet security 6.0

the im clients made by the protocol provider tend to suck, you should look for a better one (that can use multiple protocols)

Attempt Trillian...

Or Miranda. Whatever suits you.
