Default Upgrading Graphics card in a laptop?

Is it just like it is with a desktop? Just buy a card and put it in it? Do some cards work with only some slots or will any graphics card made for a laptop work?

This is the laptop I have.

What would be a good graphics card for that?

most (at least 80-90%) laptops have integrated graphics card aka u cannot change it unless otherwise specified so...

Yea I wanna change my Dual-Core laptops GFX card too but I'm just stuck with the original crappy chipset
