I'm taking some type of computer class and need to design a $700 computer from scratch, does anyone have any suggestions?

2 gb of G.skill DDR2 800 PC6400 RAM 4-4-3-5
Abit AB9 QuadGT motherboard
Intel Q6600 Quad core
320 GB HDD
8800 GTS

$100+90+260+70+230 = $750
close enough?
is that what you mean by design a computer from scratch?
