Hey, is there a way to generate the animated icon strips from a GIF animation file? I think I saw it somewhere which did it but I forgot where and what it was called

I need to extract the individual images from a gif and place them into a strip of images that Windows recognises as an animated icon, above is an example of what i'm trying to do with normal GIF files ^

u can pretty easily do that in photoshop...
