This started happening a few days ago, all my programs have started taking really long to open. For example, Firefox takes around 10 seconds to start. This is for everything and it just started happening.

Searched google, nothing helped. Any suggestions?

Also, if a program opens right away, it will kind of hand for a few seconds instead.

It might be a keylogger or a virus which is checking what programs you use?

Check Out your PC for Virus and other malware. Get a scan quickly.
also check your background processes if anything uncommon is visible.
