Once again i have messed up my computer and need *your* help. this time its to do with my boot.ini file booting a partition which doesn't have a valid os.
What i have tried to fix the situation was to do is edit boot.ini using damn small Linux but boot.ini is set as read only and i can't work out how to change that as I'm not Linux savvy. the computer at question is actually a laptop that doesn't have a floppy drive(like most of them these days) so making a boot floppy isn't an option. ANY help will be greatly appreciated.
