When i got home my computer was turned off, i found out that the power went out then i turn on my computer it said that and ot press F2 so it dont hurt the system.
So what does this mean? |

The only time you normally get that error is if you disconnect the cpu fan (or which ever fan is plugged into the fan slot which is for the cpu).
When you say its running slowly how slow are we talking, 2000rpm or 10 rpm (revolutions per minute). If its massively slow (ie turning less then 800 times a minute) then it looks like the fan has died.

i just got to my setup when you restart found the System and CPU Fan RPM's and here they are:
CPU was around 1685 RPM and System Fan was around 925 RPM and this was after i cleaned it with compressed air can. so do i have to get another one or figure out whats wrong. |

I've had this situation happen to me. What happened was, during one of those ultra-rare el ninos in california, something got blown somewhere and basically caused a short. What could have happened is your fan(s) just died out, which in that case, getting a new one isn't too costy.
