ok so i recently jst had 5 virsuses from installing limewire (seemed legit) yes im idiiot no need to tell me. so then i removed all of them. one was located in a document temporary folder and the others were located in windows system 32 folder (similar to that). so now im all good now. except there's something wrong with my internet. its fully connected and everything but it won't take me to some sites. like if i wanna go to yahoo, it'll just say at the bottom bar of firefox: www.yahoo.com waiting......" but i can go on a few sites. so can anybody help

Try using Firefox, see if that helps.

Get AVG Free, and scan with the newest virus definitions.

Then Download Spy Bot Search and Destroy, scan, fix errors.

Download CCleaner, run cleaner, registry fixer.

Download Spyware Doctor, run scan, fix errors, and remove issues.

I have been spyware, worm, virus free for as long as I can remember with Norton.
