I'm at work and a lady brought her computer in for a complete format, but I don't think it's necessary just yet. Her computer is raped with malware like you wouldn't believe, can someone reccommend a free program I can use real quick?

Lavasoft make a good program, I think it is called Ad-Aware.

Ad-aware is mostly useless; it missed several trojans/spyware apps I installed on my virtual PC

Avira AntiVir has antimalware + antivirus.
