HELP w/ Remotejoy4Irs

it dosnt really relate to remote joy but remotejoy was how this happened

i started remotejoy4irs randomly and then it wouldnt open
so i looked at the bottom of my pc and the icon was there (where the clock is)

i clicked that to open the program

then suddenly, my startbar went blank
and disappeared
clicked nothing happened
control panel, taskbar settings and tried everything but wont show
...
HELP!!!
i can use ALT TAB and the WINDOWS key but i need the taskbar/start bar back!!!

i have win xp

mods can move the thread if they want

do you think remotejoy4irs had to do something with it?>

Or press Ctrl+alt+del and in the processes windows press run and type in "Explorer.exe".
That should fix it.
