Default resize video resolution + xvid4psp

Ok here's the story

my video resolution is too big to convert it on xvid so i resized it using AVS video converter 4.3, i used the outdated version cause i couldn't find a cracked version. Otherwise, there would be trademarks on my video. Anyways, i get my newly resized slightly smaller resolution, convertable on xvid. But after I converted the video, it is off sync. Can anybody help me? I don't want to use another program since xvid is practically the only program that works well w/ me and makes my video good quality with small size (20 min video = 40 MB)

Off sync as in the video and audio don't match up? Thats going to be an issue probably with your video resize-er. What size is the resolution?

Yeah I was guessing it was the program that made it off sync. But I checked it and it seemed fine. Or maybe I didn't check hard enough

Well the old video resolution was about maybe 720 x 520, I think. But it was to big too convert in xvid4psp 4.1.1.5 so i used avs and changed it to 640 by 480 and it was uncompressed, meaning the file size was a whopping 25 gb. then i converted it to ipod format 320 x 240.
