OK, i'm having a small problem with my appearence on Vista because when I go on FM 2007 (i know its old) the screen res has to change for me to play it and ever since the first time I put the disk in it said on my toolbar 'Change theme to Vista Basic' and now I don't know how to change it back so everything is transparent. I've been on the Windows Colour and Appearence menu but it only seems to change certain parts not all of vista.

Also can someone guide me to some FooBar2000 skins and tell me how I install them.

I don't know about Foobar, but getting the transparency is easy. Right click on the desktop, Personalize, Theme, then change it to Windows Vista. I think it'd change your background to whatever the comp came with though. So you'd have to change it back, but you'll get the transparency back.
