Ok so just about 30 mins ago i got a virus i don't now how i wasn't even downloading or on internet. But it really missed up my pc and i just did a system restore but i want to scan my computer with all my scanners.

Once i open mcafee i get this and it doesn't load properly.

Spoiler for Problem:

What should i do i updated it and still the same.
If i reinstalled it will it work?
should i contact them?

Try a reinstall.

Uninstall McAfee, install Avast!.

I know this is an older thread, but our company has come across this virus, too. The best program we've come across that removes the program and all the infected registry files is MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware. This is the silver bullet that kills the entire beast. Is it just me or is this one of the most nasty bits of malware out there right now? I've even had it keep me from downloading popular anti-spyware programs

yeah its a *******! within 5 mins my computer was useless i couldn't even restore to an earlier point lol.

i just upgraded to tiny vista until i find my vista disk xD
