Virus or Spyware?

Well i think i've gotten this virus or something, and at first it came up as an "Antivirus XP install" and the only option was "Accept and install", and so i just closed out of that.

And then it turns out, oh noes it changed my background into a picture of a window saying "spyware detected". Knowing its only a background and not an actual window, i go to change my background, but *gasp* desktop tab is not there.

Solutions or something to get rid of it? It came on my dads computer but i just reinstalled Windows because his computer was already full of virus's and crap, not to mention deadly slow.

If you can help, much appreciated, if not s'k, i dont really care that much.

Lol, just found out it also gives me a BSOD as a screen saver.
