Simple question, if I dualboot windows vista/xp with leopard and my laptop has a built in camera at the top, will the leopard version be able to access that and will I be able to use isight

Depends if it will recognize the driver.

Basically, google around to see if the drivers are available/compatible with Leopard, and if it is, it will definitely work.
