Default GeForce 6800 problem

I recently decided to make the move to Vista, especially with SP1 out and everything and XP died on me . I was reluctant to do so until I had enough money to buy a decent graphics card. Looking around on ebay I found a nVIDIA GeForce 6800 128MB AGP 8X for £20.00 so I brought it.

It arrived, inserted it and the graphics card gave a loud continuous beep. Checked online and saw something about not enough power, mine was a 300W, I found a cheap 350W PSU and bagged that as well.

Changed the PSU, turned it on everything is fine, insert the new graphics card and still the the large beep. Is there another reason for this beep.

My previous GPU was an ATI Radeon 9200 128MB AGP 8x.

Specs:

350W PSU,
Foxconn P4M800 P4M800P7MB-RS2H Motherboard
Intel Celeron D 3.33GHz
2.0GB 240 pin, 667MHz DDR2 RAM,
1 x 250GB Western Digital ATA HDD,
1 x 160GB Western Digital ATA HDD,

Please help!

I got that beep once too, check the power connections to your gpu, but it can also be your ram...is it in securely?

Are there two power connectors on the card?
If so, connect both.
