Default key board problems

all right so my key boards not working correctly. This message is a mix of typing and the onscreen keyboard. So the problem is when i press certain keys either nothing happens or another letter appears. At random times the keys that are messed up change. At first i thought it was the keyboard so i went out and bought a new one. And the some keys still didn't work. i tried plugging it in my ps3 and it seemed flawless. My question is this a hardware problem, a virus, or a windows problem that i can fix with a driver or manual patch?

Ususally switching your language settings to something and then back to English (US) will fix this in my experience.

nope but the only key that seems to be not working the most is the comma. when i press it a "b" appears. Could one of the files be corrupted?
