I recently got a new computer, I'm still new to PC gaming, however when I try playing Dead Rising 2 (already installed) it tells me " This program can't start because d3dx9_41.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
I believe it's something related to DirectX, I already updated my computer and my Nvidia video card.
I checked the Microsoft site, I believe the latest update it 9.29.1973, but when I check my video card properties, it tells me I have DirectX 11.0
If I update, wouldn't I actually be downgrading 11.0 back to 9.0?
I'm still new to this, hope someone can help. Thanks in advance.
