I need to splice some clips togther with some light graphical editing. What would be a good program to use? Bascially, Photoshop is to images where as _________ is to video. Thanks.

Adobe Premier is a very good video editing prog for PC.

For Mac I would sugest Final Cut Pro.

Both are expensive, both do have 30 day trial versions, and if you know wink wink nudge, then you know wink wink nudge...

If you are looking to do things simple and legally, Virtualdub is the way to go. Does everything you need to do.
