I was getting a lil bit bored with my current desktop, and I was wondering if you have any tips for me....

Shouldnt this be in the PC Chat forum? Anyways u could always go get Desktop X or Style XP.

Geez you have too many icons. I would want to break that computer.

haha too many? Only about 4!!

Anyways, any sugestions? (colour etc.)

p.s. whenever I try to rename the folder 'Owens Documents' it says access denied! No programs are using it, but however, when I go into the properties for the folder read only is checked, so I uncheck it and apply to subfolders and files, then try it, still denied, so i go back into properties and it is checked again!

NOTE: I do click apply and then ok

I dont think you can change your documents folder name since its linked to your login name.

Yeah but that isn't my 'Official' my documents, I just created that folder when I installed windows...

Any ideas?

I would recommend getting some hi-res icons for your desktop to spice it up. Are you the kind of guy who like simplicty :P If so, then your desktop is fine
