Someone wants to trade me their Nintendo DS (with Metroid Prime demo and stylis included) for my old Compaq laptop. The computer still works but the LCD screen is totally busted. If an external monitor is plugged in the computer can still be used but without having the benefit of it being portable. The computer's pretty old, it's specs are:

900MHz AMD Duron
240MB of RAM
20GB hard drive

The DVD-ROM drive, floppy disk drive and card reader doesn't work and the battery holds a charge of like 10 minutes (on a good day). The computer's been collecting dust since I broke it about a year ago but I kept thinking I would crack the thing open and make an external hard drive out of the 20GBs, but I don't even know if it's worth all that trouble for little space, so help me decide. Should I trade me my old laptop for a Nintendo DS? I want the DS to check out some of the DS exclusives, and I probably won't buy any; instead opting for the 'free' way. And before you say it - I already have a PSP.

But if u absolulty dont need it, you might as well give it up for something you will probably use more.

I have a DS w/ Super Mario Brothers 64 and Warioware touched w/ a good stylus and I wouldn't mind trading with you for that laptop
