QJ.net Game Discussion - PSP, Xbox, Wii, PS3, PSP Homebrew, and PSP Guides

O.K. my instructor at my vocational school (which is where Im typing from right now) just told me that since I'm enrolled in this specific class (cisco) that we will be able to take the ISO of Vista that our instructors are getting from Microsoft and install it on our home personal computers.....

We had to sign a EULA saying we wouldn't give it to anyone else and blah blah but...I have a question....

I'm gonna just dual boot it on my machine at home but can I install all the applications that I have installed on Windows Xp??? like...Bit Comet....Limewire....Wina mp....all of those??? Cuz I'm sure that Vista has to be backwards compatable.....

PLEASE HELP OTHER VISTA USERS!!

I live right by Vista and go to Vista high school, and I see tons of people there so there are lots of other users.

My teacher told me that anything that was written to the Win32 standard should be usable in Vista. What does that mean? What do I know?

Just a tip dont try installing games for win98 or less cause those are incompatible with XP (except those that don't talk directly to the hardware).
