CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME? There was a program called "Explorer" which was the file explorer including the bottom bar. Luckily, I could use a different account. Yes, I did try restarting the computer but, it didn't work when I tried it says it cannot find C:/program files since I ended "Explorer". CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?

Also, when I go to C: Documents and Settings in this new account to access my old files, it says "access denied." PLEASE HELP :icon_sad: !

Never mind. After I restarted for the 3rd time everything worked.
