Exclamation A guide to clean up your computer from spyware and junk

This has something to do with PSP. If you have a clean computer you can transfer data to it faster  I made this guide to help people who don't know how to do this. I've been to may forums and most of them are *******s *couch Majorgeeks.com couch* saying that I'm trying to 'promote my website' WTF? I don't have a website lol. I just wanna help people and I worked very hard on this and I just wanna help! Lol what's wrong with helping now-a-days. I don't know where to put this topic because there isn't an off topic thread anymore. So please check it out and tell me what you think! It is a Microsoft Word document in the zip.
