Urgent Help!!!

Hi there

Okay, this is how my story goes (however I'll shorten it for you):

Yesterday, my power cut off and it (somehow) fried my hdd. Luckily it's still under warranty so I'm getting a new one without troubles.

My problem lies with my backup discs. See I made a few backup discs in around September, but with the amount of files growing larger, I wiped the discs with the intention of backing up again. However, I never ended up doing this so now I'm left with nothing <insert Titanic music here>.

So my question is; is there any way (or purchaseable product) that will let me retrieve the files from these DVDs.

(if it helps, they are DVD-RW's and I wiped them with Nero)

I am no pro on this subject but my guess is "No". You'd have better luck getting the data from your fried HD.
